• Drugs and controlled substances, including illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and promotion of non-medical or unsafe use of prescription medication.
• Weapons and dangerous materials, including firearms, explosives, and instructions for manufacturing weapons or devices intended to cause harm.
• Adult, sexual, or pornographic content that is explicit, involves nudity, sexual services, escort services, or any content that primarily aims to arouse sexual interest. Our services are not intended for the creation of adult or pornographic content and are strictly limited to general-purpose creative and commercial use.
• Exploitation or abuse, including content that depicts or promotes exploitation or abuse of children or vulnerable individuals, or that appears to sexualize minors in any way.

• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, including impersonation, deepfakes used to deceive, or content intended to scam or defraud others.

3. Sensitive & Age-Restricted Content

• Present sensitive topics (such as self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide) in a way that encourages harmful behavior.

4. Intellectual Property & Privacy

You must respect the intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights of others. In particular, you may not:

• Use trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material in a way that is likely to confuse, mislead, or infringe upon the rights of the owner.
• Generate or share content using personal data, images, or likenesses of individuals without appropriate consent, especially for commercial purposes.
• Use the service to re-identify individuals or to infer sensitive attributes about them.

5. Responsible Use of AI-Generated Content

Our tools may generate content based on your prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, moderating, and using that content in a safe and lawful manner. You agree to:

• Clearly disclose when content is AI-generated where such disclosure is required by law, platform rules, or industry norms.
• Avoid presenting AI-generated content as factual where it may be misleading, harmful, or used to manipulate others.
